Sir Julian Huxley was a pre-Darwin Biologist with a leaning toward Eugenics and Evolution.  This book is his account of his travels in Africa and a frank (possibly crass to modern views) discussion on his view of how the people of Africa might fare against the introduction of alien (European) civilization.
