First Edition. fair condition. No dust jacket. Cloth boards worn at corners. Spine is broken but some restoration or stabilization has occurred. Pages inside are generally clean. Inscribed to "Gordon Zern from Mrs. Keller" on book plate page and "Christmas 1926" is also hand written there. Color and ink illustrations throughout in very good condition. One color plate is loose from binding but intact. Nearly all Condition issues are exterior.
